Playful Monk Seal

This monk seal was playfully watching kids slide off the back of a tour boat near Niihau, "The Forbidden Island". He waited on the surface until a child slid into the water, and then dipped below the surface to watch them swim back to the boat. He used his flippers much the same way we use our arms to submerge ourselves.
